Matt Allen was born and raised in middle Tennessee. During his many years with Kitchen Collective he has helped many homeowners and builders put the finishing touch on their dream homes. Matt enjoys time with his family and his dog (Chole), cheering for the Vols/Titans, and spending time outside.
Jack Holland
Jack is a native of Nashville. He proudly served in the United States Marine Corps. He continues to serve his community and is actively involved in church. Jack has over 20 years of experience helping builders and their clients through the building process. He is a proud husband, father, and grandfather to a growing family in Middle Tennessee.
John TIckLe
John Tickle, a native Tennessean, is originally from Memphis but has called Middle Tennessee home since 2010. He is a graduate of ETSU and has worked as a construction professional for over 25 years. He is an avid runner and enjoys his free time with his family and dogs.

Katlyn is a Michigan native who graduated with a bachelor’s degree in interior design from Michigan State University in 2012. She moved to Middle Tennessee that same year and has been working in the kitchen and bath field helping customers fulfill their home design goals.
